“John from Edwards Motor Works was efficient and helpful (even managing to make the first appointment a day earlier than originally booked). I met him by my car, near where I work, and he quickly did a diagnostic search to identify the problem. He was able to source a new heater resistor locally and fitted it a few days later, again whilst the car was parked on a public road. I was very satisfied with the service, which caused minimal disruption and saved me the inconvenience of having to get to and from a garage.”

“Max did the work on my van today, full disc and pad replacement front and rear, called 30 minutes before arrival to confirm and was on bang on time. Completed the work in a little over 3 hours which was half the time Ford quoted me, and gave me full update explanations throughout the job so I was aware of what was being done, why, and any other issues to be aware of.
He also identified another job that needs addressing that was missed by another mechanic, and advised on the necessary work and likely cost, which was greatly appreciated.
I can’t recommend highly enough, incredibly easy booking and quotation process, top quality work by Max, and very competitive pricing. Not sure I’ll bother using any other service again to be frank.”
