“I'm very pleased with Henry, the mechanic who did a pre-purchase inspection for me. Communication was excellent before and after the inspection. He rang me afterwards as well as sending the report. He seems very experienced and was really good at explaining things to me, not rushed at all.
I felt very confident in him and that he did a thorough inspection. Lucky for me it was good news with the car and no real issues. Couldn't be better! I definitely recommend Henry and clickmechanic.”

“Mohammed was excellent. He called and gave me notice in advance of when he was due to arrive, then arrived slightly early and cracked on with the repairs required without hesitation or any issues. He even noticed (and showed me) that the brake discs were really worn, so went out of his way to drive to a nearby local car parts shop just before it closed to buy and fit the correct discs for my car. During the service he also picked up on a couple of potential future issues, and has already booked in with me to have these fixed next week. He was knowledgeable, friendly and clearly explained how the parts worked and the future issues that might arise if they're not fixed. He didn't put me under any pressure to go with him again for future fixes like you might get from other mechanics either. Highly reccomend.”

ClickMechanic gave the wrong quote, it was actually £65.05p higher which Brandon informed me of ASAP when confirming the job and apologised for the misinformation. I was happy to pay and it took him 3 hours to complete the cambelt and water pump replacement which is standard for such a job, he also stamped my service book as proof which was a bonus. I would be happy to use his services again.”
