“I was very satisfied. He had the knowledge to be guided by the diagnostics, but also to work though various possibilities and refining to a 100% accurate diagnosis. However, the icing on the cake for me, was he explained the problem, showed me and then left it to me whether or not to pay for another hour labour or do it myself. No hard sell as practiced by a well known "You can trust us " brand, just the facts and options.
