“Very polite ,came on time, completed the job and now I have no heating problems with the car ,nice to have someone reliable and no what they are doing ,as most of the mechanics were trying to say it was flaps or other stuff when I knew myself it was the matrix as it’s a common fault and all the symptoms of a blocked matrix ,Josh. He let me know the additional work that he needed to do and showed me. Gave me a great run down of everything. He is a perfectionist and takes the job personally, there was some extra faults with my car and not only did he come back once but twice to sort my car out.
