“My mechanic turned up on time and was professional and polite. He spent some time diagnosing what might me wrong with my car and told me what he thought the issue might be. It wasn't something he could fix. Not being a mechanical but electrical problem.
I was told that Click would be in contact so I could arrange for the repair that had been recommended.. so far no contact.
Overall my experience with click mech was positive but the lack of follow up has been disappointing.”

Hi,
Thanks to everyone concerned for sending Hossein to me on Saturday April 7th. He was extremely polite, efficient & friendly & I would rate him as a first class mechanic at the very top of his game. I would be happy to give this man a 5 star recommendation to others. He carried out his inspections really thoroughly, looked after my car & actually I was really amazed how fast Hossein managed to diagnose the problem.

Hossein was also honest enough to say there was no need to change my spark plugs as it would be expensive & was not needed at this time as he checked all the plugs 1st. At each stage of the diagnosis he was happy to explain to me & show me step by step each issue he was tackling.

An utterly decent man & a completely brilliant mechanic!

I have been trying to find a mechanic I can trust with my car especially being a not so common type of car. The service done was excellent and the assistance they have provide to rectify issues with the car were superb. Besides the professionalism, the car came with multiple challenges but Zaki and his mechanic never gave up on my car and found solutions to help me out.
