“Ahmed (Reading area) replaced front coil springs with ease and had a very measured approach. Very competent and took time to carefully explain any additional issues that might arise which may incur minor additional cost. He came equipped with possible extra parts, however, these were not required and, of course, no charge made for these. Friendly service and advised on things that needed minor rectification following tasks that I had completed myself. Top marks…thank you kindly.

Disappointed that the first mechanic appointed by ClickMechanic did not follow through with the work after 2 cancellations for various reasons. Although polite and with reasonable communication, this put me over 1 week behind. Thanks again to Ahmed for tackling the job with flying colours. Bruce”

“Really pleased with this service. The mechanic was really helpful over collection time and actually collected the car on a Sunday afternoon. I was not surprised to hear that the brake pads needed doing in addition to the service and they checked with me to make sure I was OK with this. All of the work appears to have been done well and the car was returned before 11:30 am on the day it was booked for.
The price looks competitive and I shall certainly use them again.
